I offer flexible, specialty coaching sessions as well as multi-session packages. Together, we can determine what makes the most sense for you based on what brings you here, what you’d like to explore, and the kind of support you’re looking for.
-
I create a space where sensitive and sometimes difficult topics can be explored openly, without judgment. My approach combines extensive education and individualized support rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
I’m not here to tell you who you should be or what your relationships, sexuality, or life should look like. I’m here to help you ask better questions, understand yourself more deeply, communicate more effectively, and identify what growth looks like for you.
You don't have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to start the conversation.

Therapy and sexuality/relationship work can overlap in conversation, self-reflection, and personal growth, but they serve different purposes.
My work is non-clinical, educational, and coaching-based. I help individuals and couples explore various aspects of sexual health, growth, and communication methods, etc.
Therapy and counseling are clinical services that may involve diagnosing and treating mental-health conditions, processing trauma, or addressing concerns that require clinical intervention. I do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, and my services are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support.
You also don't have to choose one or the other—Some people find value in working with a coach/specialist while also seeking therapy, provided each professional's role is clear and appropriate.
-
If there’s something you've been wondering about, struggling to communicate, wanting to better understand, or simply feeling curious about, that is enough reason to start a conversation.
My services may be a good fit if you're looking to explore your sexuality, sexual health, relationships, communication, dating/singlehood, body confidence, self-understanding, or personal growth in a supportive, judgment-free space.
You don't need a diagnosis or a specific problem. We can use our first conversation to talk about what brings you here, what you're hoping to explore, and whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.
You don't have to know exactly where you're going. Sometimes you just need a place to begin.
-
Below, you'll find some of the topics I commonly work with, but this list isn't exhaustive. If you don't see what brought you here, don't assume it means it's off the table. Reach out, let's talk.
Sexuality & sexual self-understanding
Pleasure & anatomy

Relationships & connection
Dating & singlehood
Boundaries

Not sure where your question fits? Bring it anyway. Tell me what you're wondering about, and we'll explore it together.

We start by reviewing your Intake Form together. Then, we further discuss further what brings you here while we identify potential goals and areas you'd like to explore. We may talk through relevant background and context. We will also discuss my approach and what you can expect from me and together we will establish the next steps moving forward.

No. Nor do you need to have a specific goal or know exactly how to put what you're experiencing into words. Curiosity is enough of a place to begin. We can use our first conversation to identify what you're hoping to understand, change, or explore.
And if you already know exactly what you'd like to work on, that's great too. We can start there to create a clear, intentional path toward your goals. Whether you arrive with a specific question, a general sense that something isn't quite working, or simply a curiosity you've been carrying with you, let’s talk!

No. Individual sessions are available if you prefer. However, packages are often recommended when you're looking for meaningful, sustained exploration because they give us the consistency and the continuity needed to build on progress over time.
Much like therapy/counseling, this type of work benefits from consistency, as meaningful change and self-understanding often develop over a series of sessions rather than a single meeting. Having multiple sessions gives you space to reflect between visits, put new insights into practice, revisit your goals, and return with new questions or experiences…and packages provide just that!

If you're 18+, you!
I work with individuals and couples across ages, backgrounds, races, genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, abilities, and life experiences. You don't need to fit a particular mold or have everything figured out.
I can also provide virtual services to anyone nationwide.
Just come as you are.

My work focuses on sexuality, relationships, communication, self-understanding, and personal growth within an adult, client-centered setting, there for I only provide services to adults 18+.
While I do not work directly with minors at this time, I can support parents and caregivers in navigating the conversations that can feel difficult to have with their children. This may include guidance around age-appropriate sexuality education, sexual health and wellbeing, boundaries, consent, body awareness, relationships, and how to approach sensitive questions with openness and confidence.
I also offer educational workshops and sexuality education opportunities that may be appropriate for younger audiences in certain settings. These are separate from my individual services and are developed with age-appropriate content and appropriate consent and safeguarding considerations.

Yes!
Being in a relationship does not mean you have to navigate every part of your personal growth as a couple. Individual work can be a valuable space to explore your sexual self, communication style, needs, boundaries, confidence, identity, or anything else you'd like to better understand about yourself.
In fact, individual sessions while in a relationship are completely normal and often very beneficial. Having a space that is just yours allows you to explore your thoughts and experiences openly, without the pressure of having to navigate the conversation with your partner at the same time.
Your relationship doesn't have to be in trouble for you to seek individual support. You might simply be curious about yourself, working through something personal, wanting to communicate more effectively, or looking to grow in a way that ultimately benefits both you and your relationship.
Taking time to understand yourself isn't taking something away from your relationship—it's an investment in yourself and, often, in the way you connect with others.
You don't have to be single to work on yourself. And you don't have to be struggling to seek support.
-
Absolutely!
You don't need to be in a relationship to benefit from sexuality and relationship support.
You don't have to be partnered to work on how you relate to yourself or to others. Whether you're happily single, navigating a relationship transition, or simply curious about yourself, there's space for you here.
-
I offer both individual sessions and multi-session packages. Individual sessions provide flexibility for those who have a specific question, topic, or situation they’d like to explore. For clients looking to create meaningful, lasting change, I highly recommend a package.
Packages provide the consistency and continuity that can be difficult to achieve in a single conversation. They give us time to build rapport, identify patterns, explore underlying questions, practice new communication strategies, and reflect on what is—or isn't—working over time.
There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline for growth. Your package will be based on what brings you here, what you’d like to explore, and the level of support that feels appropriate for you. We can adjust our focus as you grow and your needs change.
The goal isn't to keep you in sessions—it’s to give you the support you need to move forward and to successfully get you to where you want to be

As You Are Collective is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows for a more personalized approach to sexuality and relationship support without the limitations of traditional insurance models.
-
Yes, for multi-session packages. I understand that investing in yourself can look different for everyone, so I offer a few payment options to provide some flexibility.
Payment arrangements are established at the time of booking, so you'll know exactly what to expect from the beginning.
-
Because our work is designed to build from one conversation to the next, consistent attendance and commitment to scheduled appointments help maintain continuity, momentum, and progress.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may result in a fee or deduction from a package. A complete cancellation policy, including applicable fees and package policies, will be provided in your service agreement before beginning services.
-
All sessions are 45 minutes.
If we determine that additional time would be beneficial for a particular session, we can discuss and agree upon an extended session at the beginning of our appointment. Any additional time or applicable fees will always be discussed and agreed upon beforehand, never unexpectedly.
-
Your privacy is deeply important to me. What you share with me is treated as private and handled with care, respect, and discretion. I understand that discussing personal, sensitive, or intimate parts of your life requires trust, and I take that trust seriously.
Our conversations are private, and I will not share what you discuss with others except when required or permitted by applicable law. Any applicable limitations to privacy or confidentiality will be clearly outlined in your service agreement before we begin working together.
-
Sessions take place virtually, giving you the flexibility and privacy to meet from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Prefer to meet in person? In-person sessions are available upon request and can be arranged when scheduling.
-
There is no predetermined “end date.” Throughout our work together, we'll check in on your goals, progress, and what you feel you need.
When it feels like you've gotten what you came for, we can intentionally close out our work together. And if something new comes up down the road, you're always welcome to come back.
-
You can reach me through the contact page, and I aim to respond within one business day. Once we’ve established a rapport, you’ll also have access to a direct phone number for communication as needed.
I want reaching out to feel comfortable and accessible while also maintaining healthy boundaries around communication and availability.
